When Can I get a "no win no fee" retainer?

How does “no win no fee” work?

Firstly, you come in for a no obligation interview to determine whether a no win no fee arrangement is available for your circumstances. When an agreement is made, we begin processing your claim. If your claim is not successful, you do not pay any legal fees. If your claim is successful, your legal fees will be deducted from the settlement.

There are sometimes other costs associated with your claim, including Court costs, costs for medical reports and other reports. Unfortunately, these costs are not included within the "no win no fee" retainer and you will have to pay these costs whether you are successful or not.

There are over 413,000 people in Australia living with dementia. That number rises by about 244 people each day and it is expected that by 2025 over 530,000 people will suffer from dementia. The effects of this terrible disease vary, but undoubtedly, it makes day to day life much more difficult for sufferers.
