A new year and new properties to clear but we handle them all with the same care & attention. We were happy to help the accountant & executor of an estate, based in Adelaide, with the task of clearing his client's retirement property in Victor Harbor.

Wow, welcome to the 70s! An untouched time capsule back to a decade of bold style. We found plenty of quirky colourful treasures and furniture, all snapped up at auction. House emptied, cleaned and now sold. Thanks team, a great job.

The end of an era. The old family dairy farm is all cleared out and ready for new ideas. 3 sheds, scrap, unwanted tools and machinery. Family have their precious memorabilia, a few other things and we did the rest to handover to selling agents. Tough work 👏👍

On some occasions we don't start sorting/packing or clearing a property of its original contents until the home has been sold. All done prior to settlement date. ⏱☑️

On most occasions our services are required to sort/pack, clear & clean a home ready for the sale process. Sorting out what can be sold, donated and then dealing with the rubbish. We are very particular about keeping memorabilia, jewellery, personal papers & effects aside for family.📦📦📦🚛🧹🪣
