Eco-Friendly Cleaner with Property Inspection Assistant Duties – $40/hr + $100 Bonuses

This is primarily a cleaning role, with a secondary responsibility to assist with showing the shared accommodation to screened applicants—especially while you’re already at the property.
About the Role:
• Start with weekly eco-friendly cleaning of three modern, stylish shared homes in Kilburn
• Use eco products and follow Shiny Bright’s high standards of care and detail
• While cleaning, you may be asked to show the property to pre-screened applicants who’ve viewed the listing online and are ready to move in
• At the inspection, you’ll make a final call on whether the applicant is suitable—if they’re not a good fit, you’ll report this to the owners of Roomey and not proceed with the lease
• If suitable, you’ll:
• Assist the applicant in completing the lease
• Collect the bond and first week’s rent
• Hand over the keys once payment is confirmed
• There may also be times where you’re asked to show the property outside of your usual cleaning visits—you’ll still be paid for your time and success
What You’ll Get:
• $40/hr (ABN) for cleaning
• $40/hr (billed in 30 min blocks) for inspections
• $100 success bonus when someone signs and pays at the inspection
• Flexibility to combine duties and reduce unnecessary trips
• Growth opportunities with other cleaning clients as we expand in Adelaide
• Full training and ongoing support
Requirements:
• Must live in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, close enough to Kilburn to attend inspections at short notice
• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
• Strong spoken English and confident with phone/FaceTime pre-calls
• Comfortable making a judgment call about tenant suitability at the property
• Able to assist with lease documents, collect bond/rent, and issue keys
• Respectful of shared living spaces and able to report back on maintenance or tenant issues
