DMAW Lawyers was pleased to participate in the Australian Hotels Association - SA Branch Hotel Industry Workplace Relations Conference 2026, which explored the changing landscape of hospitality workplaces.

Matthew Fisher joined industry experts Manny Patel, Sharnie King and Sean Malone for the panel discussion Talent Without Borders: Using Migration and Sponsorship to Help with Workforce Shortages. Together, they shared insights into how migration can support the industry’s workforce needs.

Nicole Mead presented on AI and Human Resources: Managing Opportunities and Risks, examining the opportunities AI presents for HR functions, along with the legal and workplace risks employers need to consider.
