I walked through these doors looking for a job as a fresh-faced 18-year-old, straight out of high school 🙏🏽

✨🌱 This office was where it all began. I was young, inexperienced and completely overwhelmed by the legal environment and the incredibly high standards expected of me 🙏🏽

Margaret Taylor became one of my greatest professional mentors, and her high standards have now become my standards ✨🙏🏽

Sometimes the places that challenge us the most are the very places that shape us 🤍

I had no idea then just how far that first step would take me 🔥 ✨

Earlier this month, Lynne-Marie and I attended the Young People in Agriculture (YPIA) Hay and Grain event in Kadina. 🌾

YPIA is a fantastic initiative supporting the next generation of people in agriculture and agribusiness, and judging by the capacity crowd, it’s already making a real impact.

Coming from regional communities ourselves, groups like this are something we’re passionate about supporting. One of the highlights for me was hearing from such genuine, down-to-earth local speakers who generously shared their knowledge and experiences. It made for an informative afternoon with plenty of practical insights and great conversations.

Investing in young people is investing in the future of our regional communities, and we’re so proud to support initiatives like this. 💚🌾

Confession time… 😂

I always thought the best part of being a business owner would be keeping my own schedule. Recently between client meetings, travelling, working from different locations and spending more time out of the office than usual, I’ve realised something…

I love working as part of a team too much! 😂🙌🏽

I need the conversations, the collaboration, the laughs, the brainstorming, and the moments where we tackle challenges together. Being in the trenches with them isn’t just something I enjoy. It’s what keeps me focused, energised and motivated every single day.

As a business owner, it can be easy to think you have to do it all yourself. But the truth for me is that sometimes productivity isn’t about finding the quietest place to work. It’s about finding the people who bring out your best 🙌🏽✨
