This weekend the Leedwell team laced up for the City-Bay Fun Run in support of RSPCA Australia!

It was a fantastic morning with our crew and 28,000+ other participants, all for a great cause. The RSPCA works tirelessly to protect and care for animals in need across South Australia, and we’re proud to have contributed to that mission.

The DOMs are subsiding, but we’re riding high on the team’s effort and the incredible energy that took over Adelaide for the day. Well done all!

Australia’s first standalone K Home store is more than just a leasing transaction, it’s a signal of where retail is heading.

Leedwell is proud to have secured this landmark deal at Box Hill, repositioning a 3,817sqm tenancy to accommodate Kmart Australia’ new K Home concept.

As retailers continue to evolve, we’re seeing a growing demand for more specialised, experience-led formats. At the same time, the supply of quality large format retail space remains incredibly limited, making opportunities like this increasingly valuable.

This transaction reflects the strength of the Large Format Retail sector and the confidence major national retailers continue to place in well-located assets.
