Raymond joins Leedwell’s Industrial team, bringing a strong analytical background and a well-rounded foundation built across property management and commercial valuations.

With four years’ experience in the property industry, Raymond has progressed from a graduate role into specialised valuation work, developing a detailed understanding of commercial assets with a particular focus on the industrial sector. His experience has equipped him with the ability to interpret market data, assess asset performance and provide clear, informed insights to support investment and occupier decisions.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Diploma of Business from the University of South Australia, Raymond is also a Certified Practicing Valuer. His disciplined, detail-oriented approach and commitment to continual development underpin his focus on delivering strategic outcomes and building long-term client relationships.

Raymond’s appointment further strengthens Leedwell’s position as the largest Industrial team in the South Australian market, reinforcing the depth of expertise across the business line.

This morning, our Adelaide + Melbourne teams came together for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of someone every close to the Leedwell family, Jen Byles.

Jen was a major part of the Leedwell team for many years and is currently bravely battling metastatic stage 4 breast cancer. It was very special to see both offices unite in support of Jen, raising funds, and taking a moment to come together for cause that means so much to our team.

Industrial leasing is running hot in Gillman with over 30,000sqm of warehouse space committed at owned, Gillman Distribution Centre.

New leasing commitments to AWH Partners and Autocare were secured by Leedwell Property, while recommitted to accommodation it has occupied for many years.

The property addresses a critical sub‑market for affordable warehouse accommodation, an increasingly important consideration in the current market as occupiers prioritise cost control.

Rob brings more than 20 years of experience across the commercial property sector, with a background in valuations and a career spanning retail, commercial and industrial assets.
