Ever signed a document containing terms like:

• Voetstoots
• Exceptio Non Causa Debiti
• Non Numeratae Pecuniae
• Errori Calculi
• Beneficium Divisionis

Did you know what they meant, or did you simply sign and move on? A signature takes seconds. The consequences can last years.

Ever signed a document without even reading because you had no time to read or contents were to tiny for your eyes?

Your signature can create binding legal obligations or waive important rights.

Caveat Subscriptor — "Let the signer beware".

Before signing any contract, agreement, or legal document, make sure you understand its contents and implications.

Seek legal advice before you sign and not after.

Cash flow is the lifeblood of every business.

Yet many businesses allow unpaid invoices to remain unresolved for months, quietly affecting operations, growth, and profitability.

An unpaid invoice is not just a number—it's your cash flow.

Professional and lawful debt recovery can help businesses recover outstanding amounts while maintaining credibility and commercial relationships.

On the other hand, self-help strategies may ruin reputation and corporate relationships or even result in lawsuits.

If your business is facing challenges with overdue accounts, timely legal intervention may make all the difference.

Protect what is rightfully yours.

Remembering the Kamandama Mine Disaster – 6 June 1972

Today, we pause to remember the 427 miners who lost their lives in the Kamandama Mine Disaster, (Wankie, Rhodesia) one of the most devastating workplace tragedies in the now Zimbabwe's history.

More than five decades later, the events of 6 June 1972 continue to remind us of the human cost of unsafe working environments. Behind every statistic were individuals, families, and communities whose lives were forever changed.

As we honor the memory of those who perished, we are also reminded that workplace safety, occupational health, and responsible risk management must remain a priority in every industry. Their legacy reinforces a simple but vital principle: every worker has the right to a safe workplace and the opportunity to return home safely at the end of each day.

Today, we remember. We reflect. We recommit to safer workplaces for all.

Don't leave your loved ones navigating uncertainty when clear planning can provide certainty.

Estate planning is not about preparing for the end—it's about protecting the people, assets, and legacy you have worked hard to build.

A well-structured Will or Family Trust can help ensure that your wishes are respected, your beneficiaries are protected, and potential disputes are minimized.

Your legacy deserves more than assumptions. It deserves a plan.

Contact a lawyer of choice to discuss your estate planning needs.

Many businesses and projects begin on the foundation of trust. Deals are sealed with handshakes, verbal promises, and goodwill — but without proper documentation, clearly defined roles, or structured legal agreements.

Unfortunately, when misunderstandings arise or trust is broken, the business relationship often collapses, leaving the parties exposed to disputes and financial loss.

A strong business relationship requires more than trust alone. Proper legal structures such as Shareholders Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Employment Contracts, and Independent Contractor Agreements help protect interests, define responsibilities, and create accountability.
Protect your business.

Secure your future.

Get it in writing.
