The supreme court ruling, confirming the employers common law right to terminate permanent employment contracts by giving three months written notice, has sent shock waves across the nation, from the employee point of view,while employers are celebrating the ruling,this confirms the differences in outlook, it is necessary to remain calm,reasonable ,and exercise restraint, putting yourself in the others shoe,.if either party looks at the issue from the other's point of view,both parties will appreciate the other, an d better decisions can be reached for the betterment of each other and the Nation at large

Fiinally , the dream shall materilaise, and the labour centre shall open its doors to the waitng public.

Did you guys know that each and most jobs have been slotted into an industry in zimbabwe, and is the same in most parts of the world, So what industry does your job fall under, or your company , what industry is it in, are you following the laws of that industry. Did you know that whatever is agreed at industry level , has the power and does actually bind you , whether or not you like it , or agree with it.
Well you better call the centre to ensure that you know the rules and laws of your industry-- It could prove costly if you are found on the wrong end of that law.
