The National Employment Council for the Catering and Hotels Industry Zimbabwe is participating at the Zimbabwe Triparttite Negotiating Forum Global Summit in Victoria Falls. The Summit which has been attended by global and regional delegates is running under the theme: Inclusive Growth, Decent Work, Beneficiation and Investment Promotion and was officially opened by the Vice President Hon KCD Mohadi today. The General Secretary, Mrs Tendai Makavani Churu had the opportunity to speak at the Summit yesterday in a panel with delegates from Morrocco, Curacao and Zimbabwe on how to harness AI to shape the future of work where she shared the strides made by the NEC to leverage AI and ICT to enhance decent work. Her message was clear, Digitize digitize digitize! Noone must be left behind!
