Criminal Law Act 2006, Section 73 So**my
“(1) Any male person who, with the consent of another male person, knowingly performs with that other person a**l sexual in*******se, or any act involving physical contact other than a**l sexual in*******se that would be regarded by a reasonable person to be an indecent act, shall be guilty of so**my and liable to a fine up to or exceeding level fourteen or imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or both.” Basop!!!

Only men are criminalised under this law.

What about women? Should there be a reform?

High Court of Zimbabwe judge Justice Tawanda Chitapi said it is illegal for spouses to pry into each other’s mobile phones as that infringes on the privacy of individuals. Basop!!!

Drivers:-
Drive safely to avoid accidents. If you are involved in a road traffic accident and you are found guilty by the courts for negligent driving, your licence will be mandatorily endorsed. This is over and above, whatever sentence the court may impose i.e fine or imprisonment. If (a) person(s) die(s) in the accident, you will be charged for culpable homicide. The Court may suspend you from driving for a period or cancel your licence altogether. Basop!!!
