NEC Tourism Industry Championing Industry Advocacy, promoting fair labour standards & Industrial Harmony through Sound & sustainable collective bargaining.

NEC Tourism is a statutory body formed in accordance with the labour act to:
1. Assist its members in concluding CBAs;
2. Resolve labour disputes through conciliations, hearings, rulings and various adjudications;
3. Facilitate industrial harmony through labour inspections;
4. Enforce compliance with the labour regulations;
5. Advice members on legal procedures on carrying out retrenchments, exemptions, hearings etc

Our General Secretary, Mr N. Nhema, played a pivotal role in ensuring that visitors to our stand received a warm and welcoming experience, while actively promoting meaningful engagement, collaboration and networking.

We were honoured to welcome several distinguished guests, including our Chairman, Mr F. Chitsinde; Zimbabwe Tourism Authority Board Chairperson, Mr F. Chimba; Mr G. Chaoraya, Vice President – Access Cluster at the Tourism Business Council of Zimbabwe; and Ms V. Ruwuya, Chief Commercial Officer at Fastjet.
