The Legal Aid Board, Zambezi Office, participated in the Lunda Lubanza Traditional Ceremony held on 25th July 2026 at Mukandakunda Royal Capital in Zambezi District, North-Western Province. The ceremony was attended by Paramount and senior Chiefs from within and outside Zambia, Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo. During the event, staff members conducted sensitization activities aimed at educating members of the public on the services offered by the Legal Aid Board and how to access legal assistance. The Lunda Lubanza Association expressed gratitude to the institution for its continued commitment to participating in the ceremony and for providing legal services to the people of Zambezi District. The Zambezi Office is also scheduled to participate in the forthcoming Likumbi Lya Mize Traditional Ceremony from 2nd to 5th August 2026.

Good morning ! We continue to appreciate the women in LAB in this women s month.

Sandra Ndele is a conscientious and professional Personal Assistant with extensive experience in administration, PA and Secretarial roles. A highly organized and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to LAB duties has yielded excellent results.
She joined Legal Aid Board in 2008 as a Secretary in the Central Province and later progressed to Secretary to the Deputy Director in 2023. In 2025 she was promoted to Personal Assistant to the Director.

Sandra holds a certificate in Secretarial Studies, Diploma in Public Administration, and Degree in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration.
Sandra is a Member of Zambia Institute of Secretarial (ZIS).
