We started as a partnership in 2005, and the partnership was converted to an incorporated company with effect from 1 March 2007. The company was established by two Directors namely: Hendrik Johannes Nel Neuhoff and Desmond Bongane Khoza. With a 50% black ownership, the company boasts a level 4 BEE accreditation. Neuhoff is admitted as an attorney since 1998. He became a director and shareholder of

his previous firm in February 2000. Khoza is an admitted attorney since April 2005. The two Directors are assisted by two candidate attorneys, as well as a full time book-keeper; two conveyancing and legal secretaries; one paralegal, a receptionist and one filing Clerk. The firm’s head office is situated at 35 Linden Street, Modelpark, Witbank, Mpumalanga Province.
