Gavin started his career in Real Estate in 1999, completing the Estate Agency Affairs Board Exam and became a member of the Institute of Realtors. In following years he completed the full series of CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) training, achieved Silver then Platinum Membership of ABSA Inner Circle Club, Top Rating in ABSA’s Customer Service Index, accredited with ABSA’s 5 Star Accredit

ation on Best Customer Service as well as “One of the Top Performing Agents in the Cape Region”. In addition, achieving “Agent of the Year” as well as “Most Registered Sales” over a 5 year period in previous companies. Within his first year of joining RE/MAX, he achieved “Top Individual Listing Agent”, followed with “Top Agent January 2008″, then again achieving “Top Individual Listing Agent”. His most recent achievements have been to obtain the “National Real Estate Qualification” of NQF 4 or the FETC Real Estate, “Service Excellence” rating for Customer Service, a member of the RE/MAX “100%” and “GOLD” Clubs! He also obtained the CDPE designation – CERTIFIED DISTRESS PROPERTY EXPERT of the Distressed Property Institute, LLC. His most recent achievements are becoming a member of the RE/MAX Platinum, RE/MAX Millionaire's, RE/MAX Chairman's Club and more recenlty RE/MAX Titan Club, awarded to a selected group of top producing sales associates who lead the industry . As well as becoming a member of the RE/MAX of South Africa’s National Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. Gavin, Team Leader of TEAM GAVIN, celebrating his 24rd year in the Real Estate Industry has an eye set on consistent growth in the year ahead despite market condition.
