With the growing trend of semigration to the Western Cape, we have identified a need for Relocation Services.

We understand that a Relocation is potentially the largest single event that a household will endure. The logistics involved with a cross-country move can be overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure of where to start, who to call, and what to do.

We provide a range of Services to make this process simpler.

Our Advisory Service will provide structure and direction to your planning, as well as advise on items such as competent service providers, timing, estimated costs, duration, and more.

We understand that your busy Work | Life schedule doesn’t allow you the time to plan and coordinate a relocation.

Our Facilitation Service takes care of it for you. We deal with everything from sourcing of quotes, planning and coordinating with service providers, arranging flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements, the administration related to securing your new home, and eventually the delivery and unpacking at your new address.

Our Reception Service provides a range of Services, from Pre-Arrival Services such as cleaning and preparation, to receiving of delivered Goods and Assets in Transit, Facilitating transfers, and purchase of supplies and stocking of Groceries.

We know that there are inevitably items that need to be put in storage, after a full relocation. We can facilitate a Storage Service for you as well!

Vacancy: Portfolio Manager
Managing a portfolio of Sectional Title / HOA buildings. Attend scheduled meetings, deal with complex maintenance and service providers, collections of levies, creditor payments, complex employee management, liaise with trustees and directors, and other general requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of trust funds and investment funds
- Facilitating collection procedures and reporting to trustees and debtors and cash management
- Facilitation of staff payroll (HOA and Body Corporate) compliance and payment processes
- Archiving and Filing of all documents
- Preparation of general meetings
- Continuous liaison and guidance to trustees and directors
- Statutory notice compliance and awareness of quorum requirements
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for all complexes
- Accountable for internal audit
- Management of support team processes

Experience in this field is essential and applicants without experience will not be considered for this vacancy.

Let’s all be water wise now.

Cape Town, we’ve done it before! Let’s do it again! Average water use over the past week has been 888 million litres per day (MLD), higher than our target.

Let’s all continue to work together to collectively use less than 850 MLD. This is so we can keep our dams and reservoirs fuller for longer, and help reduce the impact of prolonged high stages of load-shedding. Cape Town’s latest dam levels stand at 59,2%. Permanent regulations limiting water use apply at all times.
