The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bathroom has a bath, toilet, and basin.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays.

The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a Smart TV with Netflix, DStv and other streaming capabilities, and a dining area with seating for 8 where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access. The accommodation does not offer DStv.

There are lovely braai facilities available at the comunial Pool.

The unit is situated on the Eastern side of the estate, and 250 meters walk to the beachfront and 100 meters from the complex communal swimming pool.

Greenways Estate has a secured Lifestyle, which includes 24-hour security and surveillance staff. Each complex also has secure visitors parking.
