Here is the latest Regulation concerning the once-off movement of people in order to return to their normal place of residence.

One such movement will be allowed between 1 and 7 May 2020 without any requirements to obtain permits.

We have developed an app that can assist clients in determining whether the COVID-19 virus and consequent national lockdown will entitle them to rely on force majeure / supervening impossibility to be excused from their contractual obligations.

All the client needs to do is the following:

-Select the “Force Majeure/impossibility of performance” questionnaire
-Enter the name of the client on space provided
-Answer all the questions (should take no longer than 20 seconds)
-Enter name, email address and if any assistance is required, the nature of the assistance.

A detailed results report will then be e-mailed to the client, setting out the legal position on his specific circumstances.
