This documentary stands as a testament to the extraordinary courage of everyone involved, those who chose to speak, to listen and to bear witness. We recognise the remarkable achievement of reaching the final of the International Emmy Awards and being honoured as the overall winner at the SAFTA Awards, accolades that reflect the film’s profound impact. Yet, closer to home, we are reminded that however much recognition we may receive in our continued fight against the abuse of children, we can never guarantee success in securing justice for every victim. What we can promise, without hesitation, is our unwavering dedication, our relentless resolve, our sacrifice and every ounce of strength we possess in the fight against the sexual abuse of children. Above all, we honour the survivors, whose bravery drives this work forward and we hold in our hearts the families of those who have so tragically passed away.
