Trying to port your phone number from Cell C Waterfall Campus CellC SA Blue Label Telecoms to MTN South Africa is the most stressful, time-consuming, expensive and disappointing process you could ever imagine.

No one knows what they are doing or how porting actually works or how to treat personal information. Nearly 2 weeks and countless calls, emails and hours later and I’m still not connected. Don’t bother with porting, stay tied at the neck to your existing provider, it’s just not worth trying to change.

I would appreciate any advice /recommendations for an aggressive, knowledgeable, no-holds-barred based in JHB specialising in for ex-spouses and their children, particularly where the party ordered to pay maintenance doesn’t abide by the (e.g. does not pay medical expenses and for necessary medical treatment) or arrive at maintenance hearings; and in circumstances where the spouse with obligations earns 15-20 times the income of the other spouse. The parties have joint custody.
