But that’s leadership. It’s not about pleasing everyone it’s about doing what makes sense financially, ensuring growth, and keeping the Body Corporate sustainable and well-funded to operate effectively.

Being a trustee means taking ownership of something bigger than yourself. It’s about accountability, communication, and transparency. It’s about making sure owners are informed, updates are consistent, and that every decision keeps the community strong and future-ready.
