WRITING DOWN YOUR WISHES ISN'T NECESSARILY ENOUGH.

A South African Will must comply with legal formalities, among other requirements,

📄 Your will must be in writing
✍The Testator must sign appropriately
✔ Your signature must be witnessed by two competent witnesses present together.

A small technical mistake can create a very big problem later. Have your Will professionally drawn up by a qualified Attorney.
