♀️Women's Month Spotlight : Meet, Bianca Le Grange
Bianca Le Grange is an attorney and the founder of BLG Attorneys. While her professional experience extends across various areas of law, her particular passion lies with children and the protection of their rights.
She dedicates a significant part of her work to representing children, ensuring that their voices are heard and advocating for outcomes that protect their rights and best interests.
Bianca serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Tutela Community Care, where she assists with legal, compliance and governance matters. Her involvement extends beyond the board, and she places particular importance on bringing feedback from the ground to the Board, ensuring that the realities, challenges and needs experienced by children, families and communities remain at the heart of the organisation’s decision-making and direction.
Her advice to young women is:
“Invest in yourself, because if you don’t, you cannot expect anyone else to. Be your own friend, not your own enemy. Believe in yourself, back yourself, and never be the person standing in the way of your own potential.” 💪
