this site is created to rise awareness about the infamous maximum security prison called jail-Ogaden in Jigjiga town of Ogaden(somali Region in ethiopia).the prison was designated to house,and named after a particular community ,Ogaden' and now houses tens of thousands of Ogaden people. Facts beyond the concealing walls of Jail-Ogaden;
1.99 %of inmates are civilians.
2.37% are female most of the

m young girls.
3.100% of the inmates was not officially charged.
4.100% of them did not receive fair trail.
5.100 of them were not given access to lawyer to defend them selves.
6.No visits allowed at all.
7.100 % of them underwent torture including castration,raping,and public ex*****on
