Our services include Letting, Sectional Title Management, Full Title Management (NPC – Non Profit Company) and Sales. We offer personal service and consider the client’s concern before our own. The Fitzanne Estates family born in 1982, by Marianne Fitzgerald in a small office with only a desk and a telephone. Today, with grace, Fitzanne Estates blossomed into a booming business that manages more than 6 000 units and has a combined experience of over 80 years. We believe in an open-door policy and therefore our portfolio managers can be contacted for assistance and emergencies on any matter, not only during office hours.
