Yolandi Viljoen, having studied at the University of Pretoria and completed all her practical lawyer’s exams has built an extensive experience and knowledge base since 2010. From childhood, she has grown-up with the Regus in the house, as law is running through the family veins.
Johann - Carl de Wet, having studied at the University of Pretoria has completed his LLB in 2009, and was admitted as an attorney in July 2011, a notary in April 2013 and as a Conveyancer in February 2017.
Ilizna (Liz) Jackson (Esterhuyse) is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and founder of iedivorce, one of South Africa’s leading divorce law information platforms. After being a university student leader at the University of Stellenbosch where she graduated with a Law Degree, she worked with minor children and in more than five countries. Ilizna completed her training under the watchful eyes of Family Law textbook author and attorney, Bertus Preller, after which she became an associate at his Family Law firm. Ilizna has worked on hundreds of international and local divorce matters and specializes in Family Law, Divorce and Domestic Violence matters. Ilizna joined the Viljoen Y Attorneys Inc team in February 2019. Ilizna’s vision is to demystify Family Law processes, helping good people in plain language and with great technology, to achieve remarkable results.
