18/07/2022

The price of goods and services offered by suppliers must be disclosed to consumers. When displaying goods, the retailer must indicate the price by marketing on it, attaching it to, or displaying it in a way the consumer can understand. The same does not apply to advertising displays.
It is forbidden for a supplier to charge a price higher than the displayed price or the lowest displayed price if more than one price is displayed. As long as the earlier price is fully covered, it is permissible to cover it.
A supplier will not be obligated to honor a price if there is an obvious error in the price and the supplier has corrected the error and/or informed customers that an unauthorized person tampered with the price.
