Requirements:
• LLB Degree completed and admitted as attorney
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (first and second languages)
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation
• Experience in insolvency law / SARIPA Diploma would be beneficial
• Must be able to work under pressure and independently
• Stable employment record and contactable references
• Own reliable vehicle

Duties:
• High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation
• Attending to Court with clients / advocates
• Drafting and compiling of legal documentation (i.e. notices, pleadings, affidavits, summonses, agreements, etc.) and drafting of correspondence
• Consulting and liaising with clients, liquidators, attorneys and advocates

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
