Home loan applications picked up in Q3, house prices continued to rise faster than inflation and homebuyer incomes reached an average of R74,000 a month.

Some of this month's highlights:
📈 Home loan applications up 2.4% in Q3
🏡 Average home price at R1.7 million
📊 Greater Pretoria approval ratio at 75%
