The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has opened a case against Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma, leader of March and March and Operation Dudula.

This follows actions by the two organisations at public healthcare facilities, where they reportedly removed undocumented foreign nationals.

The SAHRC says such actions raise serious concerns about human rights violations and the rule of law.
