It's understandable that Clients wait long for these monies and hearing other people get their Settlements in the neighborhood and see their lives change for better with newly found fortunes from the RAF, which often than not ends up on I Blew It vibe for most of them, but that may cause Clients to settle for anything on the table.

I had a hard time convincing a client who had a Claim for R400k against Minister of Police with Liability already Granted in our favor, yes it had been 3 years of litigation but to cry in court 😢 and say she wants to Accept a ridiculous offer of R40k the State Attorney appointed Counsel said they had mendate on upon the matter being postponed for hearing at a future date, I had to grudgingly oblige and she Blew it within 2 weeks..unfortunately

A VICTIM of a car crash who had accepted a settlement offer from the Road Accident Fund worth far less than what she was entitled to, turned to court to sue her lawyers for the balance, after the money she had received was all spent in less than a year.

Correct Ruling By the Judge and the Magistrate’s judgement on this Woman's Stunt was Correct,

Funny how the Dr couldn't even rescue her, Dr are hard implicate themselves in lying under Oath, they always speak of suspected possibilities of a certain condition or may not rule out a possibility of this and that which is always insufficient sometimes for the Litigant who needs them to be more conclusive.

It's clear she didn't accept her Attorneys advice,and she fired them on the spot and went on Theater Mode which Backfired

A fainting spell in the witness stand by a defendant in a damages claim became a legal issue after the magistrate questioned whether “this was just an act” and the defendant now wants the magistrate to recuse himself from the case.
