Razina Gangat is a legal practitioner who deals with Magistrates’ Court Litigation, High Court Litigation, though she has become more involved in the conveyancing and contracts departments. They say you shouldn’t make promises when you are happy, so the Golden Rule would be to remain objective when concluding a business agreement. Unfortunately, only time will tell how the business relationship might unfold in the future, disputes may be avoided by simply concluding a shareholders agreement from the get-go.
