The Offer to Purchase is signed, the ch*****ne might already be open but behind the scenes, the conveyancing process is only just beginning.

From here, your property transfer moves through several important stages:

🔑 The conveyancer receives the signed Offer to Purchase
📑 F**A and supporting documents are collected
🏦 Bond and bond cancellation arrangements are attended to, where applicable
🏘️ Rates, levies and required certificates are dealt with
✍️ Transfer documents are prepared and signed
📂 The matter is prepared for lodgement at the Deeds Office
🎉 And finally… REGISTRATION!
