UMlalazi Netball Association Netball league games held at kwaGolela sport field.

Due to the lack of a decent Netball court in Ogagwini tribal community and due to that the league have no funds to hire a vehicle to transport girls which compelled them to walk from Obanjeni to kwaGolela sport field which located in Inkosi Mzimela tribal authority.

Since netball is becoming a popular sport in Ogagwini it is appropriate that these girls are built the decent Netball court.

We have learned with sadness and dismay to hear the infuriating unjust news unremorsefully announced by Tronox KZN Sands representatives and Mr. Khulekani (Bhubesi) Msane, the Sxaka Trading pty ltd on the 25th of November 2020, Wednesday at the project site in Ezingeni subarea under induna Mr. Makhathini when they were announcing the contractor to the Ogagwini tribal Community under Inksoi A.V Zulu that they will only construct the soccer stadium and will not construct the netball court for girls in order for girls of the community to have equal exposure to a decent sport facility as well as equal participation in sport as boys.

We were therefore dumbfounded about these news owing to that as the Ogagwini community in our current social and labor plan we requested the Sport complex that consists of different sporting codes facilities and Tronox KZN Sands agreed and promised that they will construct the sport complex.

In our little knowledge, the sport complex consist of different sporting codes facilities namely, a soccer stadium, the netball court, a basketball court, a tennis court, a boxing ring, a running course etc.
