Want out of Debt Review....It often happens that people get to debt review without knowing the implications of the process.

Once you are in Debt Review, you may not enter into any further credit with the credit providers until such time that you have paid all your debts and your debt counsellor has issued to you clearance certificate or you have obtained a court order declaring you not over indebted.

Our qualified legal practitioners provides services in this regard in the form of rescision applications or obtaining court order declaring the consumer no longer over indebted.

Once the consumer has been declared not over indebted or the previously granted order has been rescinded, the consumer will be free to enter the credit market again.
