ALCO Attorneys is looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team. If you have conveyancing experience, strong administrative skills and the ability to keep multiple transactions on track, we would like to hear from you.

Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Klerksdorp, North West
Employment type: Full-time, office-based

Minimum requirements:
• Matric certificate
• 3–5 years’ conveyancing experience
• Knowledge of Deeds Office procedures
• Experience with E4 and/or Lexis
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Deceased estates experience will be an advantage
