As a long caring, competent, knowledgeable and energetic firm, we recognize the needs and indeed the demands of our clients with regards to efficiency in service and the expeditious resolution of disputes. We furthermore recognize the need of all clients to have up to date reports or updates relating to the progress on all current matters, which will be entrusted to us. In this regard we pride ourselves in furnishing regular reports to our clients, either in person or at board meetings, alternatively by furnishing fortnightly typed reports on each individual matter detailing not only the progress made in the matter, but also indicating the anticipated costs of further action and the anticipated duration of finalisation of the matter.

We are in the process of implementing a new business model whereby our staff will be piloting the work from home concept with a view to adopting same on a permanent basis. This business model has been implemented successfully by large companies around the world and has proven to increase productivity whilst saving time and resources on travelling effectively extending working hours in the day.In order to cater for further growth, we have decided to officially incorporate the firm. We are proud to announce that Melissa and Ashleigh will be duly appointed as Directors of the firm and receive their own fidelity fund certificates. This move enables Melissa and Ashleigh to play a pertinent managerial role in the firm with the entitlement to hire support staff and candidate attorneys in the future. With this responsibility also comes a fee sharing structure to remunerate our directors in accordance with their efforts.
