I continue to offer greatly reduced rates (or a "package" equivalent to an effectual 50% discount) in respect of Wills, in an effort to ensure members of our community are protected, along with their families. I am frequently asked whether I draft Wills and it is terrifying to learn just how many friends, family and members of the community have either an outdated Will, a possibly invalid Will or no Will at all! 😱

Passing away Intestate (without a Will or without a VALID Will) can result in many difficulties for your already-grieving loved ones and your estate may not devolve in the manner you actually wished it to. And whilst it may once have been fashionable to have your bank draft, hold and stand as Executor; experience has proven that this, more often than not, results in higher fees and another attorney being appointed to wind up the estate in any event.

Because I feel so strongly about making sure one's affairs are in order and that your loved ones are protected and provided for (such as including mortis causa trusts which register and serve as a vehicle to maintain your family, especially children), I have once again decided to offer neighbours and members of our wider community vastly discounted rates to either draft from scratch; update or simply consult, regarding your current Will and it's validity 📃✒️

Getting married? Have you made arrangements to conclude an Antenuptial Contract ("ANC")? 📃✒️

Although one doesn't want to consider the consequences of divorce before even saying "I do", executing an ANC before you do, is the responsible and astute thing, to do 💍

Based between and out of both Johannesburg and Hartbeespoort; I am an Attorney and Notary Public; not only able to draft ANC's as an Attorney, but also to execute them, as a Notary Public and have them registered in the Deeds Office.
