🚨 Breaking News: President Cyril Ramaphosa files papers to review the Phala Phala report in the Western Cape High Court.

Ramaphosa asked the Court to review and set aside the panel’s 2022 report, inter alia, because its conclusions were based on hearsay evidence and didn’t follow the correct procedures.
