Mapisa-Nqakula's urgent application is dead on arrival for the folowing reasons:

1. she is not the accused nor a detained person as yet, therefore s35(3) is not available to her, atleast not yet.

2. She cant ask for an order "Not to be arrested" because that will be devastating for our criminal justice system.

3. Nobody has a right to "choose" when amd under what circumstances to be brought to justice - her attorney is only available to hand her over on the 3rd April 2024, but miraculously he is now available for the urgent application🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

At this stage she is a suspect - nothing less nothing more .....I am not convinced of her case - no urgency in this matter, if any, it is self-created
