The advent of Corona Virus has produced an enormous amount of advertising regarding Wills. Morbid, I know, but nevertheless a "no-brainer". Yes, it is essential to have a Last Will and Testament which is properly executed in terms of the Wills Act but most people do not appreciate that what is more important is - who is going to wind up the estate.
