A and B were married in community of property . They bought a house ,it was registered in both their names and were blessed with two children.

After five years they divorced. Divorce degree ordered division of assets. B tolk the children to her mother house.
A remained in the house, remarried , lived with his new wife in the house and blessed with two kids.

A and B after their divorced they omitted to effect division of assets as per their divorce decree.

10 years later , A dies.

B want to inforce the division of joint estate.

The current A wife has to buy B out, if she does not have money or the house has to be sold.

It does not matter the current A wife investment on the property , it will be a claim against the estate.

Compliance with court order immediately is a benefit to the beneficiaries, because A current wife and children are faced with frustrating situation.

It very important when divorce order order division of assets , it must be effected immediately, In future when one divorced party dies, were have to divide the estate first by divorce order, it become extremely expensive legal work. If
