IMPORTANT UPDATE: BEE CERTIFICATE NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR FFCs

Following the Sakeliga court case, the PPRA has issued an official notice confirming that, in terms of the Court’s interim order and for the duration of the suspension period:

The PPRA will no longer require a BEE certificate in order to issue a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
