Justice, accountability and truth are at the heart of every Commission of Enquiry. But do these commissions ultimately serve justice, or do questions remain about their effectiveness and impact?

As part of the BLASC NEC Essay Writing Challenge, our members share their perspectives on this thought-provoking question.

This is your opportunity to engage with one of the country's most pressing questions and make your voice heard. Whether you support or challenge the role of commissions of enquiry, we're looking for thoughtful, well-reasoned arguments that contribute meaningfully to the conversation.
