South African administrative law requires you to follow a specific internal dispute process instead of going straight to a civil court lawsuit unless otherwise, the agency persists that you are owing and you have proof that you have paid.

[HE IS RISEN, HE IS ALIVE]
We might be having another Jesus in the area of Bophelong who was raised from the dead after 4 months. In the Biblical context Jesus of Nazareth was raised from the dead on the third day but Mr Maema's status changed from deceased to alive in 4 months.

This is after an unknown person claiming to be his cousin approached the Home Affairs in Lenasia South, submitted all fake relevant documents to declare him dead before claiming his Old Mutual policy. Mr Maema became aware of this only when he visited his bank where they told him that he is deceased and cannot access his account.

After so many attempts in trying to resolve the matter, he was referred to the Resurrector, the man who raise the dead, the Statelessness Guru, the Strategist, Mr Innocent Moloi who assisted him with this process and in just 4 months Mr Maema's status changed from deceased to alive and he is currently able to access his accounts.

This is the second case we have resolved in Bophelong and both cases emanates from DHA Vanderbijlpark. We are seriously made to wonder what is happening in that office, but we shall investigate.

A big shout out to SC Sebatlelo from DHA Vereeniging Office for the speedily swift and assisting us throughout, from the application stage, escalation, follow ups and finalizing the matter.
