Attorneys are lawyers who are a first port of call for members of society who are faced with a legal predicament, they consult with an attorney who will initiate their case until it reach the doors of the Courts, if the attorney feels that the matter is complicated enough that it will need a specialized service in Court, they will brief an Advocate, who is a Court specialist to handle the case in Court until its finalized. To summarize the difference between the two , an attorney is a lawyer who administer the client'case and an Advocate is a lawyer who fights for the client in Court.
