📢 VACANCY: RECEPTIONIST / LEGAL SECRETARY

De Jager and Associates Inc. is looking for a professional, organised, and client-focused Receptionist / Legal Secretary to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Minimum of 4 years' experience in a secretarial and administrative role (legal experience preferred)
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office administration systems
✔ Proficiency in AJS Financial Software
✔ Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
✔ A professional and courteous manner suitable for front-of-office and client-facing duties
✔ Must be based in Hermanus

Key Responsibilities:
• Reception and switchboard duties, including assisting clients in person and telephonically
• Secretarial support to attorneys, including typing, filing, and diary management
• Preparation and management of correspondence and legal documentation
• General office administration
