Is jy in n testament benoem as die eksekuteur van n boedel, maar het geen idee WAAR om te begin of WAT om werklik te doen nie?

Die eksekuteur het baie verpligtinge om na te kom, byvoorbeeld om die boedel binne 14 dae na afsterwe by die korrekte Meester aan te meld, om die oorspronklike testament te bewaar en in te dien, om skulde van die boedel te betaal en eise ten gunste van die boedel in te vorder, om n L&D rekening op te stel en die boedel te adverteer.....om net n paar te noem. Indien die eksekuteur nie sy werk behoorlik doen nie, nalatig handel en nie die Wet nakom nie, kan hy persoonlik gepenaliseer en/of strafregtelik/sivielregtelik aanspreeklik gehou word.
