I am always amazed how many people approach me (us) to ask why they arent receiving money back from SARS.

Guys.... you only receive money back if you overpaid them. Its not a right or something you get by default.

Businesses need to be aware of a change in income tax law that no one is talking about... section 20(i)(a) of the Income tax act relating to assessed loss off sets has been amended to have a cap of 80% on amounts above R1 million. This can have a HUGE impact on how provisional taxes are being calculated.
