VACANCY: ADMITTED ATTORNEY (RIGHT OF APPEARANCE)

A well-established law firm is seeking a suitably qualified Admitted Attorney with a Right of Appearance in the High Court to join our team.

Requirements:
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Valid Right of Appearance
Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience (advantageous)

Strong litigation skills and court experience
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage files effectively
Professional, ethical, and deadline-driven
Duties include (but not limited to):

Appearing in court (Magistrates’ Court and High Court)
Drafting pleadings, notices, and legal opinions
Managing litigation matters from inception to finalisation
Consulting with clients and counsel

Remuneration:
