On 24 February 2026, the Constitutional Court delivered an important judgment: employees cannot claim constructive dismissal simply because they fear their working environment ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜จ๐˜ฉ๐˜ต become intolerable.

The Court emphasised that:
โ€ข Working conditions must be truly โ€œintolerableโ€, not just unpleasant or frustrating.
โ€ข Employees must first use internal grievance procedures.
โ€ข Resignation must be a last resort.

This judgment sets a high threshold for constructive dismissal claims and reinforces the importance of exhausting internal remedies before resigning.
